Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Undersecretary Benny Antiporda (front row, 2nd left) congratulates Councilor Donato U. Aligato (center) of the municipality of Kitaotao, Bukidnon province, on the approval of the town’s 10-year Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP).
