𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐓, 𝐌𝐀𝐁𝐔𝐇𝐀𝐘! 𝐃𝐎𝐂 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐀𝐑

After rendering more than 33 years of public service, Forester Cesar A. Guevarra, Ph.D was honored by the officials and employees of the DENR-12 led by Regional Executive Director Atty. Felix S. Alicer and ARD for Management Services Maria Elvira V. Lumayag in a “Salamat, Mabuhay!” program on Thursday, September 28 in Koronadal City.

The program was also attended Dr. Guevarra’s friends and family members who also shared their thoughts and advises as he entered the new chapter of his life.

Dr. Guevarra started his DENR career in 1990 as a Forester I and eventually promoted as Forester II in 1994 and Senior Ecosystem Management Specialist in 2005. He became the department’s Development Management Officer (DMO) III in 2015 and DMO V in 2016. He started serving the PENRO Cotabato as Technical Services Division Chief in 2019 and designated by RED Alicer as a Special Assistant for Special Concerns in 2022 until his last day as a public servant. ### | 𝐑𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐆𝐌
