ππ πͺπππ, πΊππππ πͺπππππππ - The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - 12 through its Human Resource Development Section (HRDS) and Gender and Development (GAD) in line with its Health and Wellness initiative conducted a Basic First Aid Training and Gender Fair Language at Green State Suites on July 13.
Supervising Administrative Officer (AO) and Alternate GAD Focal Marcelina G. CabaΓ±a encouraged the participants to be attentive with the discussions as they are topics applicable not only in the workplace but also at home.
During the training, Regional Nurse Evelyn Kimberly D. Felecio, RN discussed and demonstrated Basic First Aid while GAD Technical Assistant Marialyn S. Sarte discussed Gender Fair Language.
In attendance were thirty (30) participants composed of members of the Regional Quick Response Team (QRT).
Said training was conducted to provide awareness and knowledge on how to respond when incidents occur and to apply gender-fair language in the workplace. # (With report and photos from RSCIG) | RSCIGJ
