DENR-12 Regional Executive Director Atty. Felix S. Alicer administered this morning, October 4, the oath taking of 54 newly-appointed and promoted personnel of the DENR-12 regional and field offices at the agency’s quadrangle in Koronadal City.
RED Alicer stressed in his message that he is putting the right people on the right places in order to ensure the good delivery of services being offered by the DENR. He also challenged the newly-hired and promoted employees to prove themselves by performing well in their respective functions.
He also commended the efforts of Human Resource Merit and Promotion Selection Board (HRMPSB) headed by ARD for Management Forester Mamutur D. Cariga (Chairperson) together with ARD for Technical Services Engr. Mama G. Samaon (Vice-chair) and the Administrative Division for the successful process of screening and selection.
ARD Cariga said that the board assured the fair and just process of screening and the fortunate applicants deserve what they have received.
In his closing remarks, ARD Samaon emphasized the importance of performance and attitude of the employees in the office which are crucial in the delivery of DENR services.
According to Administrative Division Chief Iki M. Ontawar, 28 out of the 54 personnel (26 male and 28 female) who took their oath of office this morning are newly-hired, while the remaining 26 are promoted.
The event was witnessed by some provincial and community environment and natural resources officers, division chiefs, and other DENR-12 officials and employees.
