The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional (DENR) Office XII through its Human Resource Development Section (HRDS) completed on Monday, the six-day Environment and Natural Resources Academy (ENRA) basic course webinar series which took place on July 25-29, and August 01, 2022.
 
The ENRA is a specialized competency development program of the department designed to augment knowledge gaps, calibrate understanding of ENR laws, and sharpen the proficiencies of DENR employees to improve the delivery of service to the public.
 
In his message, Regional Executive Director Atty. Felix S. Alicer enlightened the participants on the significance of the ENRA Basic webinar course as it gives DENR 12 employees the opportunity in their career and personality growth. RED Alicer further emphasized that DENR 12 employees are given the opportunity to learn more about their works and about the agency so they need to enjoy the learning that ENRA offers.
 
The Batch Gallant was immersed with topics that are under the Modules such as The DENR in Retrospect, Understanding ENR Laws, and Accountability in Public Service with QMS. These were discussed by several resource speakers who are experts in their fields of work.
 
Meanwhile, the said batch will be facilitated by its newly-elected set of officers and they shall conduct a 4-hour community engagement to complete the course as a requirement to be able to join the graduation rites as announced by HRDS.| (Photos by: HRDS12)
