Pursuant to CMC MC No. 3, s 2012 (PRIME-HRM), Assistant Regional Director for Management Services (ARD-MS) of MIMAROPA, Donna Mayor-Gordove, CESO IV discussed Module 1: Understanding Coaching, Module II: How Coaching Works, Module III: Essential Coaching Skills, Module IV: The Manager as Coach, Module V: The G.R.O.W. Model, and Module VI: Memorandum No. 2020-182.

The DENR XII participants of 1st and 2nd level positions have undergone two workshops and presented their group outputs subject to ARD Gordove’s critiques.
