The DENR XII through the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Banga, recently awarded 10 Residential Patent Titles to the residents of Brgy. Buenavista, Surallah, South Cotabato as part of the agency’s β€œHandog Titulo Program”.

It was conducted during the 65th Foundation Anniversary of Brgy. Buenavista on March 25.

Residential patents aim to provide security and protection to the land owners over the occupied lot.

The partnership with DENR, Local Government Unit (LGU), and Registry of Deeds fast-tracked the issuance process and strengthened the agency’s linkages with the constituents pursuant to RA 10023 also known as Residential Free Patent Act.
