The members of Mt. Matutum Protected Landscape (MMPL) Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) recently convened in Koronadal City to discuss several agenda concerning the protected area.
 
Protected Area Superintendent (PASu) Efren Hibaler together with Assistant PASu Mary Ann Tenorio explained and elaborated to the PAMB members their targets for this year during their first PAMB meeting on March 9.
 
According to PASu Hibaler, 13 agenda were discussed by the members and other guests as the decision of the board will be their cue to proceed with their plans.
 
Senior Environment Management Specialist Francisco Feliciano of the DENR-Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) emphasized that the Expanded National Integrated protected Areas System (ENIPAS) of 2018 was pushed and defended firmly in the congress to ensure its strict implementation.
 
Guests from DENR-12 regional office like Conservation and Development Division Chief Dr. Ali M. Hadjinasser, Enforcement Division Chief Dirie P. Macabaning, Legal Division lawyer Johayveer S.
