In line with the Tree Hugging Campaign organized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Forest Management Bureau (FMB), personnel and staff from the Regional and Field Offices of DENR XII took part in the week-long campaign to raise awareness and encourage more people to protect our trees.
Earlier this week, PENRO Sarangani and CENRO Glan already joined the campaign by celebrating along the National Highway of Alabel, Sarangani , Brgy. Upper Biangan in Malungon and Lago of Glan respectively.
Today, PENRO Sultan Kudarat, PENRO South Cotabato, CENRO Banga, CENRO Kiamba, CENRO Matalam, CENRO Gensan, CENRO Tacurong and the Region XII National Greening Program (NGP) Operation Center also took part in the ongoing campaign as they showcase the different NGP sites in the Region.
