DENR-CENRO GENSAN AWARDS 107 RESIDENTIAL PATENTS TO RESIDENTS OF POLOMOLOK, SOUTH COTABATO

The awarding of residential patents provides security and protection to the resident land owners within the municipality. Partnerships with LGUs and BLGUs also help in fast tracking the issuance process and further strengthen the agency’s linkages to the local government units and its constituents.

 

Meanwhile, BLGU Cannery also awarded Certificates of Recognition to Atty. Felix Alicer, PENRO Radzak B. Sinarimbo, CENRO Maria Elvira Lumayag, and DENR CENRO GenSan and PENRO South Cotabato personnel, this is to acknowledge their invaluable support as partner agency in the pursuance of the Application of Residential Free Patent under RA 10023.

 

Said event was graced by Polomolok Municipal Mayor, Hon. Honey Lumayag-Matti, Vice-Mayor Xavier Bayan, PENRO Radzak B. Sinarimbo, and CENRO Maria Elvira V. Lumayag. Representatives from DENR XII – Licenses, Patents, and Deeds Division (LPDD) led by Chief Emily B. Ampatuan, in lieu of Regional Executive Director, Atty. Felix S.
