DENR XII turned-over the Land Records which includes Subdivision Plans, Isolated Survey Plans, Parcelling Monumenting Sketches (PMS), Lot Data Computations (LDSs) and Manila Approved
 
Homestead Plan to the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MENRE-BARMM) on July 16, 2021 at Cotabato City.
 
Attendees from the said event were DENR XII Chief of Land Records Sittie Mairah K. Abduladsis, Asst. Chief of Land Records Saripa Macasapal and Records Staff Almera Lomondot, Maniry Rascal and Casanudin Guro.
 
Also present were MENRE-BARMM Key Officials headed by Asst. Regional Secretary Alindatu K. Pagayao, Director II of the Land Management Services Eshan Karl O. Mabang, and Chief of Survey Division Engr. Misuari Macamimis.
