The DENR – XII conducted an interface dialogue with certain regional and field offices’ officials, with the Assistant Secretary for Finance, Information Systems, and Mining Concerns ASEC Engr. Nonita S. Caguioa on July 2, 2021 at Koronadal City.
The said activity aimed to discuss important matters concerning financial, information systems, mining, mechanized nursery, and other related concerns in the region.
Furthermore, a presentation of the financial status of DENR XII Calendar Year 2021 was discussed by the OIC-Chief of Finance Division Gloria M. Silvederio, CPA.
ASEC Caguoia thoroughly analyzed each report of the field offices and gave immediate orders to check and balance financial utilizations and liquidations.
Aside from the DENR XII Financial Status CY 2021, other matters were tackled such as the Status of Agency Action Plan and Status of Implementation (AAPSI) Audit Observation and Recommendation, Construction in Progress, Unserviceable Inventory, Variance of Reports Submitted, and Inventory of Accounts Payable.
The event was attended by the DENR XII Regional Executive Director Atty. Felix S. Alicer, ARD for Management Services ARD Bighani M.
