Tornalejo (rightmost) discussed on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the Office of DENR-12 RED in Koronadal City, the initial plan to accomplish the missions of the newly-created SOCCSKSARGEN Environmental Protection Task Force.
BGen. Gallido, the head of the Task Force, provided the names of three (3) Brigade Commanders who have jurisdictions of areas in Region 12 in case there incident reports on environmental violations while the Task Force’s Operation Manual preparation is still ongoing.
Meanwhile, RED Alicer suggested that on the forthcoming meeting of the Task Force, the Armed Forces shall present a jurisdictional map of the four (4) concerned brigades for proper coordination and reporting of the DENR Field Offices and other member agencies.
He also instructed the Enforcement Division to prepare a presentation on ENR policies, rules and regulations to capacitate the law enforcers from various partner agencies. | With report and photo from Enforcement Division
