In his message during his first flag raising ceremony as the DENR-12 Regional Executive Director (RED) this morning, June 15, Atty. Felix S. Alicer emphasized the importance of valuing one's contribution and presence in the organization regardless of the position he/she is holding.Β He said that everyone has a role to play in order to attain the goals of an organization.
